I didn't HATE it.. It did suck, but I found the concept so interesting (lightning hero, how many of those did we have besides Pikachu?). The quality sucked of course, since you're trying to mix cartoons with live-action. Think Level Up, but 10x worse.

Setting:
Victorian London

It concerned the day to day antics two street urchins, a boy and a girl (boy wore a patched up bowler, I think).

The show cameo'd Holmes and Watson on occasion (and Inspector Lestrade was a regular character).

I always saw the VHS cover in the kid's section of my local video store, but I never rented it. I remember the toys had holograms in the chest which I thought was SO COOL.. The cover art for the VHS tapes was also beautiful.
